We work with statewide advocacy organizations so the families we serve have a voice beyond their own care plan — in policy, in funding, and in how Tennessee talks about disability.
Workforce investment
Our DSP Complex Care Academy exists because community care is only as strong as the workforce behind it. We train, credential, and promote from within.
Access where it's thin
We accept referrals other providers decline, and we're expanding into West Tennessee because access shouldn't depend on which county a person lives in.
